Onboarding
You can book your mandatory onboarding session directly before your first class.
Full Body Strength
A 50-minute class built around a proven structure. Warm up, core activation, two Tonal strength blocks, active recovery, and a finisher. Designed to build strength across all major muscle groups.
Pilates Sculpt
Strength meets control. Using Tonal’s Pilates mode, these classes mimic the feel of a reformer while focusing on mobility, core strength, and light conditioning. Finishers may include ankle strap work for targeted glute training.
How it Works
Book Your Onboarding
Tonal ensures every rep you perform in class is the right load for you, but first, it needs to get to know you.
You will start with a 20-minute calibration workout to establish your strength baseline, understand your training history, and align on your goals.
The Connected Difference
Tonal adjusts load in real time based on your strength and how you adapt, so you are always training at the right intensity. This removes the guesswork and drives consistent progress, whether you are new or experienced.
We pair this technology with expert coaching to guide every session. You will have your own Tonal and bike, with no sharing or waiting.

Every 50-minute full body strength class follows a proven structure: warm-up on the Rogue Echo bike, core activation, two Tonal strength blocks, active recovery between blocks, and a finisher. Each member gets their own dedicated Tonal with personalized loads and bike. You will be building strength alongside up to 7 of your peers without having to worry about sharing equipment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, our coaches are there to guide every session and support you every step of the way.

Each Pilates Sculpt class starts with a warm-up on the Rogue Echo bike, followed by a Tonal Pilates block focused on controlled, intentional movement. Between blocks we bring the heart rate up with bike intervals, and the second block continues with Pilates movements or ankle strap exercises targeting the glutes. Pilates lovers will feel right at home. These classes are also a great introduction to training for newcomers, and a perfect complement to strength sessions for those looking to prioritize movement quality and recovery.

At Connected Strength, you're never training alone and on your own. Sessions are coach-led, programming is grounded in exercise science, leveraging the best technology on the market. Experts and novices can come to these sessions alike, and both receive a personalized, effective workout.

Whether training with us or on your own, we recommend at a minimum one full body strength session per week, with two sessions being the sweet spot for most people. If the habit is already ingrained, our monthly package of three full body strength sessions per week exposes you to a variety of rep ranges and intensities, helping you develop strength, muscle growth, power, and endurance. You can also expect to work through all foundational movement patterns including squat, hinge, row, press, pull, and rotate throughout the week.
